How it works

Turn it on when you sit down, off when you're done. That's the entire commitment — no accounts, no setup wizard.
Timing
Pick how often the signal goes out. Faster for back-to-back calls, slower if you just want the safety net.
Schedule
Set working hours and pick your days — Pulse stays quiet outside them, every time, without you touching the toggle.
Test
Hit “Test now” and watch the popup confirm a real pulse went out — you're never just hoping it's working.

Privacy
The whole extension is a timer and a page event. No account, no server, no analytics — there's simply nowhere for your data to go.
Support
“Test now” says no Teams tab was found, but I have one open.
Refresh that Teams tab once after installing or reloading the extension. Chrome only injects the content script into tabs opened after that point.
Which Teams URLs does this work on?
teams.microsoft.com and teams.live.com — both work/school accounts and personal accounts.
Does it read my messages or calls?
No. It only dispatches a synthetic mouse/keyboard event on the page itself — nothing is read, logged, or sent anywhere.
How do I turn it off?
Open the popup and flip the toggle at the top. That's the entire control — no accounts, no settings to hunt for.
